Nurse-family Partnership Program

Descriptions
Partners new moms with a Public Health Nurse who provides regular home visits. Visits start as early as the moms first trimester and continues through her child's second birthday. Provides new moms with the confidence and tools to assure a healthy start for their baby.
Eligibility
Must be a Ventura County first-time mom (28 weeks gestation or less).
Must be low-to-moderate income.
