Descriptions
Offers affordable long-term care to aged and disabled veterans as well as their eligible spouses and domestic partners. Provides eight facilities across the state with the four levels of care:
- Independent Living
- Assisted Living
- Skilled Nursing Care
- Memory Care

Eligibility
Veterans 55 years or older, homeless, or disabled
California resident
Discharged or released from active duty under conditions other that dishonorable
Covered under a medical insurance policy
Nonveteran Spouses and Domestic Partners must:
Submit a joint application
Resided with your veteran spouse for a year or longer
Married for a year or longer
55 years or older, homeless, or disabled
California resident
Covered under a medical insurance policy
