Descriptions

Provides free legal support to low-income Native Americans/tribal community. Also provides Native Americans/tribal community with online resources on a variety of topics. For more information go to the Self-Help and Education section on the California Indian Legal Services website.

DV/SA Victims
Provides legal assistance for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or human trafficking. For more information, go to the DV/SA section on the California Indian Legal Services website.

CILS may represent, on a fee-for-service basis, persons, tribes, tribal organizations and entities who are over income for free services. CILS' fee structure is flexible and adjustable depending on the client's available resources and unique circumstances.
