Safe At Home Confidential Address Program

Descriptions
Provides a free and confidential post office box and mail forwarding service, which is designed to help victims and survivors of domestic violence, stalking or sexual assault, to start new lives in peace, and to provide added protections to their overall safety plans.
Eligibility
Must meet the following criteria:
-Be survivors of domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, human trafficking, or a reproductive healthcare employee, patient, or volunteer.
Reside in California, be an adult applying on behalf of themselves, or must be a guardian/conservator acting on behalf of a minor or an incapacitated adult.

Documents
Evidence of victimization. Applicants with minor children must present all court orders relating to minor children.
