Provides support in preparing for Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) to people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with access & functional needs (AFN).

Must be electricity-dependent in order to be eligible for portable backup battery and hotel/relocation assistance.
Battery program: Provides backup battery for customers rely on electricity operated medical devices. Customers must reside in a Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Thread District or have experienced 2 or more PSPS events.
Eligibility
Older adults, adults (age 18 and older) with a disability and individuals with access & functional needs (AFN); must be electricity-dependent to be eligible for backup battery and hotel or relocation assistance

. Rely on electricity to operate medical devices or to continue to live independently;
. Reside in a Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Threat District or have experienced 2 or more PSPS events.
