Descriptions
Protects farmworkers when they come together to seek better work conditions. Investigate and prosecute labor law violations. Work to resolve workers' claims by seeking rehire, lost wages, and other remedies. Assist farmworkers by providing information about employment and labor rights. Provide referrals when appropriate. Conduct training and outreach to the agricultural community.
