California Relay Service (crs)
Provided by DEAF AND DISABLED TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM (DDTP)
Descriptions
Provides operators to relay telephone conversations between people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability and those they wish to communicate with by telephone. Service offered 24 hours a day. Both TTY callers and voice callers may use CRS to communicate. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
Eligibility
Individuals who wish to communicate with those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-disabled and vice versa.
