Descriptions
Provides first mortgage loans with low or zero interest. Offers down payment assistance and closing costs loans to families with low and moderate-income. Borrowers can be first-time and non-first time home buyers. Only one-unit properties or condos are allowed. CalHFA does NOT grant money, shelter, or provide rental assistance.
