Descriptions
Supports members who need support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). These services are similar to In-Home Supportive Services and help members remain safely in their homes.
The services in this program may include help with:
-Bathing, dressing, or feeding
-Bowel and bladder care
-Meal preparation
-Grocery shopping
-Money management
-Assistance attending doctor appointments
-Laundry
Eligibility
Must be enrolled in Medi-Cal with CenCal Health Plan
