Children and Youth Enrolled in California Childrens Services (CCS) or California Childrens Services / Whole Child Model (WCM) with Additional Needs Beyond the California Childrens Services Condition
Eligibility
Must be enrolled in Medi-Cal with CenCal Health Plan
