Teen Legal Clinic
Provided by FREEDOM 4 YOUTH (F4Y)
Descriptions
Allows youth of all ages to ask attorneys any legal question within a confidential setting. Youth can ask any legal questions, including about information on the following topics:
- Civil Rights
- Guardianship
- immigration
- Education Law
- Suspensions
- Truancy Issues
- Emancipation
- Health Care
- Pregnant and Parenting Minors
- Special Education Matters
- Expulsion
- Children Living away From Parents
If the attorney does not have expertise in the area asked about. The attorney will connect the student with an attorney from the board.
Eligibility
Must be 18 years old or younger.
