Provides Life Skills and Parent Education Program. In a group setting format, parents can participate in 12-week Zoom classes.
The Anger Management Group can provide certification of completion to participants who attend all 12 weeks.
In the Anxiety Skills Groups, individuals will learn skills to cope and manage their anxiety.
