Descriptions

Provides children ages 6-13 with the opportunity to practice being in the ocean by removing barriers and providing access. All skill levels are welcome.

Programing includes:

Surfing
Stand-up paddling (SUP)
Kayaking
Boogie boarding
Tide pooling
Sailing with the SB Sailing Center
Visits to the UCSB REEF Center & Benioff Ocean Science Lab

Eligibility

children age 6-13

Application Process

Apply online or call to get support with the application. A weighted lottery system is used to provide fair access to programs.

Fees

All programs require a $30 deposit. Scholarships and sliding scales are available based on HUD guidelines. Program pricing is available on the website.
