Transportation Program

Descriptions
Provides one-on-one, personalized, and door-to-door transportation for older adults.
Transportation is available for the following:
- Medical Appointments
- Earns
- Social Events
Rides are dependent on volunteer availability.
Eligibility
Must be 62 years of age or older or adults over 18 years old with mild disability.
Application Process
Applications and transportation waivers are available online. Once both the application and waiver are received, please allow five business days' notice when requesting services. The application process usually takes only a few days.
Documents
The waiver must be signed before services can be provided.
Fees
No fee.
