Provides financial need prevent service interruption or restore disconnected utility services. Offers to help families that want to get ahead on their bills to free up funds for other living needs. Help payments are provided for gas, electric, oil, wood or propane services

18 years or older

Income Eligible
Have out-of-pocket gas or electric cost
Use gas, oil, wood, electricity or propane to heat your home

Documents
- Valid California ID
- Proof of income
- Current gas and electric bill (all pages needed)
- Income documentation information for all adults 18 years old and older from all source of income for the last 30 days
