Provides information on the California Rules and Regulations about Landlord/Tenants' rights. Offers responsibilities and mediation services to residents. Prevents homelessness, by settling rental housing disputes out of court. Using the provision of Dispute Resolution Services
Eligibility
Must live in the City of Santa Barbara, City of Carpinteria, Goleta or in the unincorporated areas of the Santa Barbara County to receive free information and staff consultations.

Hours
Walk-ins are from 8:30am to noon, with office hours after noon being by appointment only. Staff is available for telephone consultations from 8 am to 5 pm.
