Descriptions
Provides cottage style apartments for low income seniors. Each unit has a private entrance, full kitchen, living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Utilities, cable television, and laundries are provided at no extra cost. The Community Building houses a large kitchen and spacious social area, which is open daily and is the venue for social gatherings. Applications for interview are being accepted.
Eligibility
Applicants must be 65 years of age, have been a resident of Santa Barbara County for the previous two years and meet Santa Barbara County low-income qualifications.
Must be able to live independently.
