Descriptions
Offers case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Helps clients with job search, housing navigation, and benefits advocacy. Also connects eligible clients to interim housing and rapid rehousing program. All services are offered by referral only.
Eligibility
Must be a Santa Barbara resident who is 18 years or older experiencing homeless referred by Cottage Hospital, Behavioral Wellness, or a probation officer.
