Provides permanent residents to get citizenship and offers help with renewals. Offers consultations to community members that have questions on:
- Immigration process
- Visas
- Criminal records
- Change of status
- Deportation
- Asylum
Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older at the time of filing the application.
Must have permanent residency for the last 5 years. Permanent residents married to a U.S Citizen must have had their permanent residency for the past 3 years.
Must have no criminal record

Documents
-Permanent resident card -California I.D (driver's license) -Social security card, birth certificate -Marriage certificate (if any) -Selective services registration (for males) -Divorce certificate( if any) -All passports-expired and current -All addresses where you lived in the past 5 years -Employment for the past 5 years -Dates of all trips for the past 5 years -IRS Taxes for the past 5 years -Medi-cal or Cal fresh notice of action
Fees
Clients will only need to pay the governmental fee. Certain applications may qulify for a fee waiver if the person or a household member received Medical, food stamps, falls under the poverty guideline or has just recently let go of their job.
