Provides birthing and parenting education classes. Offers the following classes:
Prepared Childbirth
Prepares expecting mothers for giving birth and life with a new baby. Topics include:
- Breathing, relaxation and coping techniques for labor
- Labor and birthing process
- Coaching role for labor companions
- Medical options, including Cesarean
- Care for mom and baby after birth
Breastfeeding
Provides information about long-term breastfeeding for expectant moms. Topics include:
- Advantages of breastfeeding for mother and baby
- Physiology of lactation
- Nutritional needs of mother and baby
- Support role of partner, family, and doctor
- Getting the best start and tips for managing the transition
Infant/Child CPR
Teaches lifesaving skills that may be needed if an infant or a child chokes, stops breathing, or does not have a heartbeat.

Must be a new or expectant parent
