Descriptions
Provides medical diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for medically low-income eligible children. Occupational and physical therapy are provided at schools to children with certain medical conditions.
Eligibility
Must be an individual who is 0-21 years of age a with medically eligible diagnosis.
Must meet income guidelines. Call for more information.
