Descriptions

Provides treatment for expecting mothers with substance use disorder and dual diagnosis issues. Treatment is provided in both residential and outpatient settings. Requires a minimum of nine hours a week or programs, including:

  • Education on co-occurring disorders
  • Individual/group counseling sessions
  • Education on the effects of alcohol and drug abuse

Provides on-site childcare for individuals undergoing treatment.

Eligibility

Call the office to schedule an assessment. Clients must provide a urine screen to GSS staff at intake and periodically to promote abstinence and validate sobriety. Project PREMIE accepts Santa Barbara County Medi-Cal and self-pay clients.
