Regulates agricultural and urban pesticide use. Responds to complaints from the public, fieldworkers, and farmers. Investigates allegations of pesticide misuse of any kind. Responds to complaints related to certified farmer's markets. They respond to organic produce, and plant nurseries com[plaints. Also regulates unfair business practices. Responds to complaints from the public related to retail price overcharges. As well as short weight/deceptive packaging, and gasoline service station complaints.
