Descriptions
Provides free grocery and pharmaceutical deliveries for homebound seniors and disabled individuals. Offers contactless deliveries to individuals who cannot leave their homes. Offers free delivery by volunteers but individuals must pay for groceries and pharmaceuticals.
How it works:
Seniors prepare a grocery list, request the grocery store and/or pharmacy, and pay over the phone with a credit card. Seniors may also pay with a check or cash once volunteers arrive. Volunteers make contactless deliveries. Senior must have access to porch/patio, where groceries will be delivered. Senior will receive a phone call once groceries are delivered. Seniors will be informed by Partners when they will be receiving their services.
Eligibility
-Must be over 62 years of age or older, or disabled and over 18
-Must be able to access groceries/prescriptions left on front porch
-Must be able to pay for groceries
-Must have a physical address with a front door
Application Process
Call for intake or fill out "Request for Services Form" on website.

No delivery fee. Individual must pay for their own groceries/pharmaceuticals.
