- Grab bar installation
- Exterior/Interior handrail
- CO alarm/smoke detector installation
- Heater safety testing
- Slip and fall prevention
- Minor plumbing and electrical work.
- Exterior/Interior small ramps
- and other health and safety repairs identified during home assessment
