Provides help with home repairs to low-income homeowners. Includes painting, landscaping, and other minor repairs. So that the homeowner can continue to live in a safe, decent, and affordable home.
Eligibility
Must own a home within the Habitat Santa Barbara service area
Homes must be owner-occupied.
Homeowner must have a family income under 80% of Santa Barbara's median income (low income as defined by HUD)

Property must be inhabitable and without any unpermitted or illegal additions
Homeowner must be current with the following:
Mortgage loan payment (if homeowner is still making payments)

Property taxes
