Senior Connection Information Line
Provides information, assistance and referrals for senior citizens in the following areas:
- Healthcare
- In home-care services
- Care facilities
- Financial issues
- Housing
- Transportation
- Nutrition
- Recreation and Education
Grandparent Caregiver Information Program
Provides information and referral for grandparents raising grandchildren by identifying resources to help them in their role as a primary caregiver including:
- Respite care
- Counseling
- Support groups
- Child care resources
- Public benefit assistance
Eligibility
-Senior Connection Information Line: Must be 60 years or older
-Grandparent Caregiver Information Program: Must be 55 years or over and primary caregiver for minor.
