Descriptions
Provides services and support to individuals with, or who may have, a developmental disability. Services and support include:
- Evaluation and diagnosis of developmental disabilities
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Adaptive equipment and supplies
- Advocacy assistance
- Daily living skills training
- Assistance with personal care
- Information and referral to services related to developmental disabilities
- Counseling of the individual with a disability and his or her family
- Case management services
Eligibility
Must be an individual with, or who may have, a developmental disability. Eligibility assessment required.
