Descriptions
Provides services to individuals with head injuries, developmental disabilities, and other neurological impairments. Services include:
- Residential Living Services
- Vocational Training Services
- Transitional Living Services
- Community Integration Services
Eligibility
Must have a disability associated with brain injury, developmental disability or similar neurological impairment.
Must have a desire to eventually live and work independently in the community.
Eligible individuals must be able to benefit from services designed to increase appropriate social behaviors and adaptive living skills
Preference will be given to individuals with acute need.

Fees
Fees vary. Accepts funding through private insurance, third party payees, legal liens, and certain government agencies. Call for more information.
