Hospice Care

Provides medical care and counseling support for terminally ill patients and their loved ones. Offers four levels of hospice:

• Routine care
• Continuous care
• Inpatient care
• Respite care

Works hand-in-hand with individuals physician. Services are provided at home, wherever the patient resides and calls home. Offers round-the-clock care at its in-patient facility when providing care at home becomes too difficult.
