Provides educational and recreational programs. Exhibits include artifacts from the Native Chumash and the Mexican Rancho. On-site research library, oral history program and photograph archives are available by appointment. Showcases the following:

- Home furnishings from 19th century pioneers
- Turn of the century schoolroom
- Summerland's early oil days
