Descriptions
Provides one home delivered meal daily. To individuals who are elderly, disabled, or unable to provide proper nutrition for themselves. Each prospective client is visited by a volunteer to check the need and explain the service.
Eligibility
Must be an individual who is disabled, elderly, home-bound or cannot provide meals for themselves.
Application Process
Referrals may be called in to the office by anyone who is interested in receiving meals, or anyone who knows someone who needs the service. Call and leave a message or email for assistance. Contact form available on website

Doctor's prescription is required for special diets
Fees
Standard cost of a meal is $8.95 per person per day. Reduced rates are possible under special circumstances
