Provides comprehensive, reference library services and inter-library loans. Offers children's and adult programs and art exhibits. Offers an adult literacy program. Internet access available to the public.
Offers free tutoring to 4th-12th graders in the following subjects:

- Social Studies
- English
Offers tutoring in Spanish for math and science.
