Descriptions
Provides temporary cash help for low-income families with children. Offers employment services and support services. Helps recipients become independent. Recipients are eligible for Medi-Cal and may qualify for CalFresh benefits.
Eligibility
Must be low-income Santa Barbara County residents who are pregnant or with dependent children(age 18 or under). Applicants must meet income eligibility, assets, and other resources.

Apply online, or call or visit one of the main offices in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara or Lompoc for an application.
