Provides safe overnight parking to individuals and families living in their vehicles. Offers case management services and financial help to support and promote housing stability. Currently manages 200 spaces in 31 parking lots. Participating cities include Santa Barbara, Goleta, Carpinteria, Lompoc, and neighboring unincorporated areas of the county.
Eligibility
Must be a resident who is currently sleeping in their vehicle.
