Descriptions
Provides information to the community/parents regarding serving children with disabilities. Provides dispute resolution to public school districts and parents/guardians for issues related to students with disabilities.
Provides funding and oversight for mental health services for students with Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Offers professional development training to public school staff, community members and parents/guardians.
Eligibility
Must be a parent/guardian of, or public school serving, a person ages birth-21 with a disability.
