Descriptions
Provides ambulatory transportation for CenCal Health/ Medical patients to physician-prescribed medical appointments.
Eligibility
Passengers must be MediCal and CenCal Health medical patients.
Must be referred by an authorized physician with a transportation prescription.
Application Process
Call for information, Transportation must be pre-authorized by CenCal Health, (brokered by VTS), and generated by an authorized physician's prescription request.
