Provides a plan to address the needs of children (0-17) and their families. To overcome financial and mental stress. Offers to stabilize families experiencing hardships by providing case management and support services. Support services include:

- Emergency housing assistance
- Mental health counseling
- Access to medical and dental care
- Transportation
- Translation services
- Domestic violence intervention
- Home visitations
- Ongoing advocacy
