Descriptions
Provides housing and support services to current and former foster youth transitioning to adult independence. services are provided for youth ages 18 to 24.
Eligibility
. 18 years of age and not more than 25 years of age and is emancipated from foster care. Young adult was in foster care, a group home or on probation at the time of their 18th birthday.
. Active participant in the Independent Living Program (ILP)
. Willing to follow program guidelines and participate in services
. Pursuing goals and/or is working to overcome barriers to build structured time.
