Provides an evidence-based program designed to improve educational outcomes. For high school foster kids. Focuses on the following:
- Encouraging school attendance
- School involvement
- Setting academic goals
- Overall achievement of graduating high school
Eligibility
Must have a current open case as a foster child and be enrolled in a school district in Santa Maria. School referral is requested
