Descriptions
Provides outpatient and partial hospitalizations programs to treat substance abuse issues, mental health issues, and/or co-occurring disorders.
Treatments include:
- Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - provides intensive short-term treatment for those who need support with chemical dependency and/or mental illness.
- Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) - provides intensive short-term treatment to help with substance abuse issues.
- Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program - outpatient treatment for substance abuse disorder.
Eligibility
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program: Must be between the ages of 12-17
Adult IOP/PHP: Must be 18 years of age or older
