Provides assistance to youth and young adults who find themselves living on the streets or are at risk of being homeless. Offers resources such as:
- Food
- Showers
- Hygiene items
- Clothing
- Housing
- Crisis Intervention
- Case management
- Referrals and more
Eligibility
Must be youth ages 12-24 who are living on the streets or at risk of becoming homeless.
Onsite services available for youth 21 and younger
Offsite services available for adults 22-24 years old
