Descriptions
Provides funding to support children that are severely injured and disabled, and from families with low-income. Support can include: Wheelchair vans Wheelchair ramps/access Medical devices Therapy services (not covered by insurance)
Eligibility
- 21 years and younger; Child must have a severe injury or disability due to complications at birth, auto accident, sports, falls, developmental or abuse
